With more than 25 years of experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry, Kristie Bevacqua joins KTUA as Director of Marketing and Business Development. In her new role she supports new business opportunities and client relations for both the San Diego and Santa Maria offices.  Joe Punsalan, Principal Transportation Planner, says “we’re excited to have Kristie join the KTUA family. Her extensive experience and client relationships will help our third generation of leadership and talented staff to grow in current and new markets in Southern California and the Central Coast. She brings a positive attitude, great work ethic and once fully acclimated, there will be no stopping her. On top of that, I now have another 49ers fan in the office!” She is a board member of the American Public Works Association (APWA) San Diego and Imperial Counties Chapter and is a member and Past President of the San Diego Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). She earned her Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) designation in 2009 from SMPS. She previously served as Recording Secretary for the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) from 2013-2019. Kristie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Sonoma State University. On the personal side, she enjoys music, singing, theater, and spending quality time with her family.
