With a passion for therapeutic landscape design, Josef is focused on creating meaningful spaces for all people. Utilizing an evidence based approach, Josef believes site design can create a positive lasting effect on human well-being. His Master’s education at Kansas State University has allowed him to explore its design application in a variety of environments, such as urban parks and university campuses, as well as its design communication, through hand and digital media. As an Associate Landscape Architect, Josef remains dedicated to bringing this type of impact to all users through design. His software capabilities include: Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, SketchUp, Microstation, Microsoft Office, Vue. Hand-rendering capabilities include: Marker, pen and ink, graphite, colored pencil, watercolor, physical model making. He is a California Professional Landscape Architect, and a 2014 LEED Green Associate.
