Chris is responsible for managing a broad range of landscape architectural projects of varying scope from small park sites to large multi-jurisdictional transit projects. Chris is skilled at all levels of project management including project procurement, scope development, concept and design development, construction documentation and production, schedule management, cost management, and construction administration services.
Chris brings a very strong horticulture background to KTUA having worked for four years in the Horticulture Department at the San Diego Zoo prior to beginning his landscape architecture career. Chis has been leading efforts in water conservation design with turf reduction and low water-use landscape design. One very high profile example is the Torrey Pines North Golf Course Renovation currently in the final stages of completion. Chris collaborated with Tom Weiskopf Golf Design and Wadsworth Golf Construction on this highly anticipated renovation.
