Matt Clemens joins KTUA as Associate Landscape Architect
Matt Clemens as recently joined KTUA as an Associate in the Landscape Architecture Department. Matt has worked professionally in the field of landscape architecture since 2007 and has over 12 years of experience with private and public projects in Southern California. He is a licensed Landscape Architect in the State of California. He has designed and managed projects ranging from small to large scale including private development, public works, including projects on college campuses. His responsibilities include conceptual design, presentation graphics, peer review, project management, coordination with the design team and the development of CAD drawings. His experience also includes 3D design, photo-simulation graphics, hardscape design, irrigation design, planting design, budgetary cost assumptions and construction administration. Matt has collaborated with clients, public agencies and consultants to create successful projects. He is proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe platforms. Matt enjoys creating a sense of place for people and providing clients with a gratifying end product. He prides himself in holistic cost conscious solutions, beautifully striking design and sustainable site management.
