Kally Gaughan serves as a Senior Designer at KTUA, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding and supporting her team throughout all phases of project development. With over six years of diverse experience, Kally has contributed to a wide range of project types and scales, including commercial, institutional, mixed-use, multi-family residential, master planning, and resort developments. Brooke Whalen, Principal Landscape Architect says, “In the short time she’s been here, Kally has already shown her strengths in project management as well as strong communication and leadership skills. We are excited to have a San Diego native in our office who is passionate about positively changing the communities of southern California and shaping the public realm in an impactful way.” She holds a degree in Landscape Architecture with a minor in Sustainable Environments from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Kally’s profound appreciation for the California landscape informs her work, and she is dedicated to achieving design excellence  rooted in a seamless connection of people to place.
